נוכח המציאות שבה לא מתקיים כמעט מפגש בין בני אדם מרקע וזהות שונים והיחסים נותרים קשים ומרוחקים.
מורי הדרך, מוזמנים לגלות יחד כיצד אנו יכולים להוות גשר ומורי דרך בין תרבויות, עמים, עדות ודתות. ובכך להביא לתודעת קרבה והבנה עבור אלפי מטיילים מהארץ ומחו”ל ובקרב תושבים מקומיים רבים.
מפגש ראשון יתקיים ב”אקומי” – מרכז אקולוגי לדיאלוג (ליד צומת אלמוג) ביום שני 14/12
בשעה 10:00 בבוקר עד 15:00
(כולל ארוחת צהריים צמחונית, השתתפות 30 ש”ח)

في حقيقتنا حيث يكون هناك نقص في اللقاء بين الناس المختلفين الخلفيات ومختلفين في الهوية حيث تكون العلاقات خشنه ومسافات بعيدة بين الناس
نود ان نرحب بالمرشدين السياحين لاكتشاف مع بعضنا البعض لنستكشف مع بعضنا البعض حتى نصبح جسرا بين الثقافات الامم الاعراق والاديان
من اجل انشاء وطلب تقارب وتفاهم ل الاف المسافرين والسائحين القادمين من جميع انجاء العالم والسكان المحلين
سنحتضن اللقاء الاول في ايكومي مركز الايكولوجي والسلام ( يقع على مفرق البحر الميت )
يوم الاثنين 14/12/2015 من الساعة 10 صباحا حتى الساعة 3 بعد الظهر
اللقاء سيتضمن وجبات نباتية نقترح التبرع 30 شيكل للمركز

In our reality, where there is a lack of encounter between people from different backgrounds and different sense of identity, where relationships stay rugh and distant-
We would like to welcome tour guides to explore together how we can become a bridge between cultures, nations, ethnic groups and religions,
in order to create a consiounes of understanding and closeness for thousands of travelers and tourists- coming from abroad as well as for many local residents.
We will be holding our first meeting at EcoMe- a center for ecology and peace (located at almog junction),
on monday 14.12.2015, from 10am-3pm.
(the meeting will include a vegetarian meal, suggested donation 30nis)

המצב:
היחסים בין בני אדם בארץ ובעיקר בירושלים ובעיר העתיקה קשים וכמעט שלא מתקיים מפגש בין בני אדם מרקע וזהות שונים.
מורי הדרך יותר מכל, מסתובבים בין הקהילות, משפיעים על דעת הקהל ומובילים אנשים למקומות מפגש עם ה”אחרים” החיים כאן.
השאלות:
כיצד יכולים מורי הדרך להיות גשר בין תרבויות?
כיצד המסרים שמורי הדרך מעבירים יכולים לצור הבנה וקרבה?
באילו מקומות ניתן לבקר בכדי לקרב בין קהלים ולבנות אמון?
אילו פעילויות שמציעים מורי הדרך יכולות להגביר מודעות לאחר ולאנושיותו?
כיצד אפשר להביא תקווה למקום של יאוש?

מורי דרך הבאים מרקעים ושפות מגוונים מוזמנים להצטרף למסע בו, באמצעות סיורים ומפגשים ננסה יחד לענות על שאלות אלו וכך לבנות מאגר ידע שישרת את כלל מורי הדרך המעוניינים להיות חלק בקירוב ובניית אמון ומרחב בטוח לכולנו.

An invitation for the first meeting of “Tour Guides as a bridge”
The situation :
The relationships between people living in this land, especially in Jerusalem and the old city, are full of stress and difficulties.
Nowadays it is rare to have encounters between people from different backgrounds and different sense of identity.
The tour guides, more then anyone else, are the ones to tour the different and diverse communities, and therefore have a huge impact on the public opinion – as the ones leading people to encounters with the “others” who are living in this Land.
The Questions:
- How can tour guides be the bridge between the different cultures ?
- How can our messages, as tour guides, can create more understanding and closeness ?
- What are the places we could visit, in order to bring together different communities and to build trust among them ?
- What kind of activities, offered by us- the tour guides, can increase the awareness for the “other” and its humanity ?
- How can we- as tour guides bring Hope to a place of despair ?
The Invitation :
We would like to Invite tour guides coming from different backgrounds, speaking different languages, to join us for this journey:
Through tours and meetings, together we will try to answer those questions, and from the answers we will build a basic database that will serve the wider tour guide community, those who are interested in taking a role in building trust, bringing us all closer together, and creating a safe space for all humans living in this land.

مرشدون سياحيين كجسر بين الناس متنوعة الثقافات والأديان والخلفيات
الحالة:
العلاقات بين الناس في البلاد وخصوصا بالقدس والبلدة القديمة هي صعبة ونادرا ما تجمع الناس من مختلف الخلفيات وهوية مختلفة.
المرشدون اكثر من غيرهم يتجولون في جميع أنحاء المجتمعات، ويأثرون على الرأي العام وقيادة الناس إلى أماكن لقاء مع حياة الآخرين هنا.
السؤال:
• كيف يمكن للمرشدين ان يكونوا جسرا بين الثقافات؟
• كيف يمكن تمرير رسائل المرشدين لغرض التفاهم والتقارب؟
• الأماكن التي يمكنك زيارتها من أجل الجمع بين الجماهير وبناء الثقة؟
• ما هي الأنشطة التي يقدمها المرشدين السياحيين يمكن أن تعزز الوعي والإنسانية؟
• كيف يمكننا جلب الأمل إلى مكان لليأس؟
للدعوة:
المرشدون السياحيين ذوو خلفيات متنوعة ولغات متنوعة مدعوون للانضمام الى هذا المسار، من خلال الرحلات والاجتماعات سنحاول معا للإجابة على هذه الأسئلة، وبالتالي بناء قاعدة معرفية تخدم جميع المرشدين الذين يريدون أن يكونوا جزءا من بناء الثقة ومساحة وثيقة وآمنة لنا جميعا.
